Primary Function

The Accounting Administrator is well cross trained and easily adaptable to any primary function within the accounting department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Must have the ability to compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records. This person will gain exposure to many accounting functions including the following:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit & Collections
  • Inventory Administration
  • Sales Programs
Educational and or Experience Requirements

Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.

2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.  Solomon, CRM and other applications are plus.
