The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting problems and restoring the customer’s computer to working condition. Responsible for a range of tasks including configuring, testing, and troubleshooting network and wireless issues, setting up user accounts, and formatting and setting up desktop and laptop computers.

• New hire set up, including establishing emails, activating access badges, setting up work stations, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required
