Primary Function

The Inside Dealer Management Coordinator will support and monitor the US and Canadian KIOTI dealer network. This position will be a central contact for dealers questions and programs management. This position will maintain approvals, programs and surveys related to the dealer network.

Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate dealers regarding contract compliance and performance.
Managing Dealer information systems and communications
Dealer account setup, management, performance evaluations and termination
Implement New Dealer survey program
Dealer contact & information management
Management of Dealer Den and dealer communications
Contract compliance (Insurance, signage, etc.)
5-Paw Dealer Excellence Program assist in dealer body analytics and management or program.

Educational and or Experience Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
Degree in ag business or related field with 2+ years' experience
Proven experience in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
2+ years use of MS CRM or related software
