Primary Function

The Business Project Manager evaluates the needs of company projects and coordinates resources in order to deliver high quality results. The position requires a strong ability to bring people together from across the company to accomplish a wide range of strategic and operational programs. He/she must be able to balance strategic thinking, detailed planning, balance execution of many programs at one time, and maintain a consistent metrics cadence. The candidate must be a strong communicator, manager and cross-functional leader.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implementation of our sales business strategies and goals within North American Market
  • Provide analytical market reports and sales direction in collaboration with Sales Department.
  • Sales objectives, forecast and quarterly sales results
  • Understand and implement the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Sourcing new product vendors and contract management
  • Develop relationships with new suppliers
Educational and or Experience Requirements
  • Effective leadership and sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of business acumen
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Works well individually, in a team environment, and assume a leadership role
  • Knowledge of Service Provider Marketplace

Minimum 4-6 years experience in industrial equipment industry and at least 2-4 years in business development or product management.

Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Solomon, CRM and other applications are plus. Previous sales experience a plus.
