Primary Function

The Inside Sales Representative serves as a support person to the Sales Department. This person is responsible for supporting sales success by ensuring our dealer network has the products, services, and support to meet their business needs.  This role will also identify potential new markets and establish strategic plans to develop profitable relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Dealer development –
    • Increase KIOTI market share with existing dealers
    • Identify, target and develop new profitable relationships
  • Identify potential new markets and establish strategic plans
  • Train and develop dealers and their personnel on KIOTI products, features and benefits
  • Produce annual business plans, monthly sales targets and achieve sales objectives
  • Achieve market share growth within assigned area to meet company targets
  • Achieve profit / loss targets as established by the company
  • Manage dealer issues and resolution
  • Monitor and analyze dealer data to identify opportunities and potential problems
  • Conduct territory market analysis and advise the Executive Management Team of trends and opportunities
  • Assist other departments with compliance and collection issues
  • Purge poor performing dealers
  • Provide weekly reporting
  • Travel as required
Educational and or Experience Requirements

Position requires a professional, courteous manner along with strong verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Minimum of 3 years sales experience and/or similar experience with like industry.

Bachelors or Associates Degree required.

Advanced level of experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Solomon, CRM and other applications are a plus.
