Primary Function

This position is responsible for assisting dealers with technical product questions on KIOTI tractors and products.  This position provides in-depth troubleshooting support on the following systems:

  • Diesel engines
  • Hydraulics
  • Transmissions
  • Air Conditioning
  • Electrical

Individuals in the PSR position must have the ability and skill sets to clearly troubleshoot the above systems on the phone.  Effective communication of verbal and written technical information is essential.  Individuals must display sound judgment and proper assessment of all factors when dealing with difficult situations and customers.  This position is also responsible for the administration and adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products.  Typing and computer skills are required for administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot diesel tractor systems on the phone with KIOTI dealers
  • Communication of Technical Information on diesel tractor systems
  • Coordinate and conduct Technical Training Workshops
  • Reporting and follow-up of technical issues to Engineering
  • Adjudicate/process warranty claims
  • Write Technical and Safety Bulletins on diesel tractor systems
  • Mentor and train PSR Level I employees
  • Perform as lead position when required
  • Perform key responsibilities with minimal supervision

Please note: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. EXPERIENCE WORKING ON TRACTORS OR HYDRAULICS IS PREFERRED.

Educational and or Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma & 3-5 years experience and or combined with years of tenure with KIOTI as Product Support Representative I.  Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.  Solomon, CRM and other applications are plus.
