Primary Function

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the KIOTI Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. This position covers the territory of North Carolina, Virginia, & West Virginia.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Territory Manager’s key responsibilities are outlined below:
• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers, securing new dealers, and purging poor performing dealers
• Reach wholesale and retail projected performance goals
• Complete monthly and yearly sales forecasts by dealership by territory
• Provide input on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales programs
• Predict market trends and projections
• Ensure dealer inventory accuracy and perform physical inventories as required
• Manage budget and submit weekly expense reports to Regional Sales Manager including, weekly field trip reports
• Manage demonstration equipment accounts
• Assist with credit collections as required
• Report competitive information and programs to KIOTI Management
• Assist with national and regional trade shows as required
• Other reports upon management request

Educational and or Experience Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in similar industry
• Must be willing to travel as a road warrior up to 90%
• 0-3 years of related database administration experience
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office is preferred
