Primary Function

Responsible for the adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products and administration of the product warranty registration database. This position is also responsible for reporting and monitoring all warranty claims. Must provide high level of customer support to dealers regarding warranty questions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter, adjudicate, and process warranty claims
• Support dealers with questions pertaining to warranty process and procedure
• Assist dealers with warranty database questions
• Generate warranty cost reports as required and maintain status of warranty recoveries
• Monitor claim activity regularly
• Ensure dealer shop rate is current
• Prepare and upload new flat rates for new models into warranty database
• Assist dealers in registration problems as required
• Make changes to registrations in data base when warranty (ownership) has been transferred to a new customer
• Assure accuracy and completeness of warranty claims and supporting documentation
• Make recommendations for improved warranty operations and procedures
• Produce and conduct technical training on our tractors and products
• Serve as a backup to the Product Technical Support Representatives when necessary

Educational and or Experience Requirements

High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years working with warranty claims. Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Working experience with data base applications along with fast and accurate high-volume data entry and organizational skills are requirements for this position.
