Primary Function

The Product Support Technician is responsible for assisting the Product Support team with product maintenance, evaluations, and testing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assemble, repair, and perform routine maintenance on test equipment
• To run equipment for extended periods of time to complete test reports
• To meet quality control objectives, such as, completing campaign repairs or updates to new equipment prior to shipment
• To organize and prepare equipment and troubleshooting scenarios for KIOTI University
• To organize field activities for the KIOTI Dealer Meeting and other special events
• To perform routine maintenance on company loaner equipment
• To duplicate field failure conditions to diagnose issues and find resolutions
• To maintain a clean and organized workshop
• To complete other duties and responsibilities as needed

Educational and or Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some technical experience desired
• Tractor, heavy machinery, and ZTR mower/design/operation experience is also desired
• Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
