Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager evaluates the needs of company projects and coordinates resources in order to deliver high quality results. The position requires a strong ability to bring people together from across the company to accomplish a wide range of strategic and operational programs. He/she must be able to balance strategic thinking, detailed planning, balance execution of many programs at one time, and maintain a consistent metrics cadence. The candidate must be a strong communicator, manager and cross-functional leader.

Marketing Manager

Our company is looking for a Marketing Manager for the compact tractor industry. This position will be expected to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for the organization; research and develop pricing policies and recommend appropriate sales channels.

Product Support Representative

This position is responsible for assisting dealers with technical product questions on KIOTI tractors and products.  This position provides in-depth troubleshooting support on the following systems:

  • Diesel engines
  • Hydraulics
  • Transmissions
  • Air Conditioning
  • Electrical

Individuals in the PSR position must have the ability and skill sets to clearly troubleshoot the above systems on the phone.  Effective communication of verbal and written technical information is essential.  Individuals must display sound judgment and proper assessment of all factors when dealing with difficult situations and customers.  This position is also responsible for the administration and adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products.  Typing and computer skills are required for administrative duties.

Business Development Account Specialist

Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers or dealers. Oversee various aspects of sales in relation to new dealer development, terminations, pricing and programs, market analysis, and administrative duties within the department.
