Product Support Technician
The Product Support Technician is responsible for assisting the Product Support team with product maintenance, evaluations, and testing.
Responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining interior/exterior spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to internal customers’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment as well as assist external vendors with larger projects.
Dealer Customer Service Manager
The Inside Dealer Management Coordinator will support and monitor the US and Canadian KIOTI dealer network. This position will be a central contact for dealers questions and programs management. This position will maintain approvals, programs and surveys related to the dealer network.
Responsible for the purchasing of replacement parts inventory and all approved purchases of goods & services, using standard preset methods from purchasing reports. Job functions include; ordering parts and all approved purchases of goods & services for monthly and emergency orders, returns to vendors, receiving inventory into the Wendell warehouse, etc. In addition they should supply management with monthly performance reports.
Assembly Technician – TX
The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly of KIOTI product, mainly consisting of, tractor units, attachments, implements, parts and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements. This position will also require mechanical and technical ability to assist in the teardown and rebuild of tractors.
Distribution and Receiving Associate
The primary function of the Distribution and Receiving Associate is to perform order picking, packing, and stock put away duties. Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
Senior Product Line Manager (Construction)
The Senior Product Line Manager will be an energetic, passionate, and driven individual responsible for establishing and growing the construction division at KIOTI Tractor. This position will work with Executives, Sales, Marketing, and Product Support teams to establish KIOTI’s sales channels and product strategies to drive the sales growth and achievement of company objectives for the construction division. KIOTI is searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to assist in the implementation of the overall Marketing plan and brand compliance. This position demands a Marketing professional with attention for detail and excellent multitasking abilities. This position will be responsible for coordinating brand compliance requests and ensuring all deliverables meet required brand standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for administering content across multiple Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as, assisting in other functions and initiatives within the Marketing Department.
KIOTI is searching for a detail oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to build unforgettable event experiences to support our brand. Events such as, an annual conference with 600+ attendees to smaller corporate events and open houses. This position will be responsible for every part of event preparation and execution, such as but not limited to, vetting venues, agenda development, vendor management, setting and tracking event budgets, contract negotiations, coordinating menus, hotel accommodations, event registration, staffing coordination, promotional materials and event logistics. We are looking for someone who can not only execute events but understands the importance of building engagement through marketing techniques. This position will work with interdisciplinary teams across our business to develop an integrated approach on how we present ourselves at corporate events.

The financial/credit analyst will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring credit risk of assigned territory and recommending and/or approving credit approvals within established guidelines for a wholesale financing.

Responsible for promoting and selling the Kioti Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. Each TM will be responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the National Sales Manager. This position is responsible for territories TX, CO, and NM.
Field Service Manager – Central & Midwest U.S.
The Field Service Manager will report to the Product Support Manager and be primarily responsible for working with KIOTI’s dealer network within an assigned North American territory or territories. The FSM will provide technical product expertise and resolve outstanding customer service issues between dealers & customers. The FSM will aid dealers with developing best practices for aftersales processes through training, coaching, and professional mentoring.
Technical Purchasing Manager – Wendell, NC
The Technical Purchasing Manager will analyze our current buying systems and create the best processes for day-to-day purchasing operations. This position will be responsible for overseeing our Purchasing and Procurement departments and establishing buyer goals based on corporate inventory needs and sales projections for the coming year. Main responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, and developing new product, whole goods demand planning, purchase orders, communicating shipment schedules, approving freight costs, and managing inventory levels for all company warehouse locations.

The Inside Sales Representative provides dealer account management and facilitates all aspects of the sales process for new and existing KIOTI dealers which includes developing sales solutions while providing outstanding customer service and follow-up. This individual will partner with Territory Managers to increase communications and ensure sales efforts are maximized and is responsible for product promotion, order processing, shipment and freight coordination, managing inventory levels including backorders, managing tractor shipping and assembly schedules, obtaining credit approval, handling shipping discrepancies and coordination of returns.
Parts Product Support Representative
Individual with strong communication skills, detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Responsible for validating on-line orders, coordinating all shipments and freight, handling shipment of backorders, obtaining credit approval, managing shipping discrepancies, and coordinating of returns.
