Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Candidate will assist in the implementation of the overall Marketing plan through workflow & written communication support. The position demands a pro-active assistant with excellent multitasking abilities and a high level of verbal, written and visual communication skills. Candidate must possess a minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Customer Support Representative

Individual with strong communication skills, detail oriented with strong multitasking ability.  Responsible for entering orders, coordinating all shipments,  freight, handling shipment of backorders, tractor setup with assembly fees,  obtaining credit approval, handling shipping discrepancies, approval and coordination of returns.

Product Support Representative

This position is responsible for assisting dealers with technical product questions on KIOTI tractors and products.  This position provides in-depth troubleshooting support on the following systems:

  • Diesel engines
  • Hydraulics
  • Transmissions
  • Air Conditioning
  • Electrical

Individuals in the PSR position must have the ability and skill sets to clearly troubleshoot the above systems on the phone.  Effective communication of verbal and written technical information is essential.  Individuals must display sound judgment and proper assessment of all factors when dealing with difficult situations and customers.  This position is also responsible for the administration and adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products.  Typing and computer skills are required for administrative duties.

Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing support to the KIOTI sales department team members and activities. This function serves as a vital extension of the sales team to ensure high quality customer service and department organization. The Sales Administrator contributes to sales by assisting sales team members meet assigned targets and department objectives.
