Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, calendar management, and personal errands for the President/CEO. This position requires flexibility, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English. They must have the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments, project coordination experience, and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff, outside clients, and vendors. The Executive Assistant should have the ability to exercise sound judgment required to manage the CEO’s time, and maintain discretion when dealing with confidential business and personal matters.

Computer Network Support Specialist

Responsible for assisting and advising employees within the organization using computer software or equipment. He/she will also analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as, local area network (LAN) and Internet systems.

Assembly Technician

Responsible for the assembly of KIOTI product, mainly consisting of, but not limited to, tractor units, attachments, implements, parts and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements. Also may be involved in the tear down and rebuild of tractors.

Territory Manager – OR, WA, ID, MT, & WY

Responsible for promoting and selling the Kioti Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. Each TM will be responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the National Sales Manager. This position is responsible for territories OR, WA, ID, MT, and WY.

Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for entering orders, coordinating all shipments & freight, handling shipment of backorders, tractor set-up with assembly fees, obtaining credit approvals, handling shipping discrepancies, approval, and coordination of returns.

Customer Service Administrator

The Customer Service Administrator provides a high level of customer service to KIOTI clientele, including dealers, end users, and prospective customers, to assist with questions or concerns regarding KIOTI products. This position will process product registrations, create and maintain departmental approvals, organize and track team building and Lunch & Learn events, and play a key role in KIOTI University student experience.

Finance Administrator

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Finance Department with any administrative duties, including, but not limited to, tracking documentation, filing, speaking with dealers, and following up with related financial duties.

Parts Product Support Representative

Individual with strong communication skills, detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Responsible for validating on-line orders, coordinating all shipments and freight, handling shipment of backorders, obtaining credit approval, managing shipping discrepancies, and coordinating of returns.
