Database Administrator

Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.

Test programs or databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications as needed.

Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.

Schedule and plan the installation and testing of new products and seek improvements to existing computer systems.

Maintain a high level competency in SQL Server and applications that have SQL databases also skilled in vb.net, .net programming, visual basic and SQL Query languages.

70% of duties will be directly related to Microsoft Dynamic SL dbase and 30% to the ERP system.

Maintain knowledge of Microsoft system administration tools and processes.

Ability to analyze system problems, determine root causes and establish resolution.

Maintain technical knowledge and teamwork skills.

Member of a team that ensures systems support at all times, on-call either rotational or as required.

Job Title: Territory Manager

KIOTI Tractor is seeking an experienced Territory Manager.  The Territory Manager promotes and sells the KIOTI Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization.  Each Territory Manager is responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER –CANADA BC,AB,SK

The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the Kioti Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. Each TM will be responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the National Sales Manager.  Territory assignment may be apt to change if business needs require.

Product Support Representative

This position is responsible for assisting dealers with technical product questions on KIOTI tractors and products.  This position provides in-depth troubleshooting support on the following systems:

  • Diesel engines
  • Hydraulics
  • Transmissions
  • Air Conditioning
  • Electrical

Individuals in the PSR position must have the ability and skill sets to clearly troubleshoot the above systems on the phone.  Effective communication of verbal and written technical information is essential.  Individuals must display sound judgment and proper assessment of all factors when dealing with difficult situations and customers.  This position is also responsible for the administration and adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products.  Typing and computer skills are required for administrative duties.
