KIOTI Tractor Named 2023 Gold Level Award Recipient by the North American Equipment Dealers Association

The award signifies the company’s dedication to high-quality dealer training and support

WENDELL, N.C., August 1, 2023 – KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA, Inc., was named 2023 Gold Level Award recipient by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA). This recognition is based on ratings collected through the annual NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. KIOTI received exceptionally high results from respondents, showcasing the brand’s commitment to supporting its dealers. This year marks the sixth time that KIOTI was honored with the NAEDA’s Gold Level Award in the past decade. Previous years in which KIOTI was recognized include 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

The annual NAEDA Awards recognize manufacturers who demonstrate industry leadership by providing high-quality service, support, products and parts to dealers across the United States and Canada. Each year, the NAEDA administers its Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey, which consists of 12 different categories, including overall satisfaction, product availability and quality, technical support, parts availability, marketing and advertising support, and customer service. Manufacturers that obtain exemplary ratings and perform exceptionally well in their respective categories received the Gold Level Award.
