The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the KIOTI Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. This role is also responsible for sales, business development and increasing the KIOTI dealer network by strategizing ways to establish sales and recruit new dealers in designated territories while maintaining and improving the current dealer network. This individual will provide strategic leadership in his or her given territory to promote sales and business development strategies resulting in an improved KIOTI brand and dealer network through effective tractor shipments, enhanced dealer quality, and increased market share. This position reports to the European Business Development Manager while also communicating with Daedong Europe in Rotterdam, Netherlands, as well as, Daedong-USA in North Carolina.
We are in search of an experienced generalist, who is ready to create new processes and enjoys doing so with a multicultural team. This person needs to be trustworthy / creditable and should be the “go to person” in the office upon Management's absence.
Field Service Technician
Primarily responsible for assisting existing and new dealers with onsite technical support for KIOTI tractors and products. Experience with lawn, agricultural, and industrial equipment operation and/or maintenance is desired to assist in troubleshooting the following:
Direct and oversee the organization’s marketing policies, objectives and initiatives. Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust marketing plan accordingly. Lead and direct the work of other departments in relation to marketing issues. Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for the organization. Research and develop pricing policies and recommend appropriate sales channels. Staff development for marketing department employees. Minimum qualifications are a four year degree with multiple years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
Field Service Manager
The Field Service Manager will report to the Product Support Manager and be primarily responsible for working with KIOTI’s dealer network within an assigned North American territory or territories. The FSM will provide technical product expertise and resolve outstanding customer service issues between dealers & customers. The FSM will aid dealers with developing best practices for aftersales processes through training, coaching, and professional mentoring.
The Business Assistant will support and assist the Director of HR & Legal/COO in legal matters, contracts, dealer management, and administrative support. This individual must be extremely professional and have extensive experience with administrative duties and legal jargon.
The Parts Administrator is responsible for providing overall support to the Parts Manager.
Product Support Administrator
The Product Support Administrator is responsible for the overall support for the Product Support team by completing various administrative tasks related to organization and communication in order to improve departmental efficiency. To complete these tasks, this role must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures associated with the Product Support department, including but not limited to, technical questions/knowledge, assisting dealers via phone and email, and customer service.
Director of Product Support & Parts
The Director of Product Support & Parts plans, organizes, and controls the activities for the Product Support and Parts departments. The primary goal is to ensure that the product support, warehouse, parts sales, and customer service departments are profitable business channels by improving processes through data and inventory management. Areas of concentration include supply chain management, logistics, dealer support and customer service provided by PSRs and PPSRs, parts sales and marketing strategies and management of financial aspects of the operations department.
Technical Purchasing Manager
The Technical Purchasing Manager will analyze our current buying systems and create the best processes for day-to-day purchasing operations. This position will be responsible for overseeing our Purchasing and Procurement departments and establishing buyer goals based on corporate inventory needs and sales projections for the coming year. Main responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, and developing new product, whole goods demand planning, purchase orders, communicating shipment schedules, approving freight costs, and managing inventory levels for all company warehouse locations.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, calendar management, and personal errands for the President/CEO. This position requires flexibility, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must have the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments, project coordination experience, and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff, outside clients, and vendors. The Executive Assistant should have the ability to exercise sound judgment required to manage the CEO’s time, and maintain discretion when dealing with confidential business and personal matters.
Computer Network Support Specialist
Responsible for assisting and advising employees within the organization using computer software or equipment. He/she will also analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as, local area network (LAN) and Internet systems.
Responsible for the assembly of KIOTI product, mainly consisting of, but not limited to, tractor units, attachments, implements, parts and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements. Also may be involved in the tear down and rebuild of tractors.
Product Support Technician
Responsible for assisting the Product Support team with product maintenance, evaluations, and testing.
Distribution & Receiving Associate I
The Distribution & Receiving Associate performs order picking, packing, receiving and shipping duties. This position is responsible for supporting the shipment of goods produced received and the supplies used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
Territory Manager – OK, KS, CO, NM
Responsible for promoting and selling the Kioti Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. Each TM will be responsible for a specific territory as outlined by the National Sales Manager. This position is responsible for territories OK, KS, CO, and NM.
Serves as a support person to the controller (CPA) and accounting department. This person will be cross trained and exposed to many functions including AR, AP, credit/collections, sales programs and inventory administration.
Product Support Representative
This position is responsible for assisting dealers with technical support on KIOTI tractors and products. Experience with lawn, agricultural, and industrial equipment operation and/or maintenance is desired to assist in troubleshooting the following:
