I purchased this tractor with loader, bush hog, and box blade in December 2007 to clear and maintain a heavily wooded 5 acre lot I acquired for a new house.

I now have 131 hours on it and it has never failed to perform a task I have asked it to do from digging out 40 tall trees to excavating a retention pond and hauling the fill for a building pad.

I initially cleared an area on the lot using a rented Kubota 38 hp which is what I based my shopping needs on. It is a little smaller than the Kubota, but it is very comparable in power.

I have just recently purchased a backhoe for it to install my septic tank and some underground utilities. I am very pleased with the tractors performance and looks. Thanks KIOTI.
